Internnect AI and Synkport to Launch 'TSUDULY', a Business Continuity Management SaaS Supporting BCP Formulation and Operational Adoption, in July 2026

TSUDULY is a business continuity management platform that connects BCP documents, playbooks, training, inventory, and diagnostics into a single operational workflow.

Internnect AI (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hideaki Matsui) and Synkport (HQ: Konan-shi, Aichi; CEO: Takuya Taniyama) will jointly release and begin offering 'TSUDULY', an AI-powered SaaS for BCP formulation and operational support, in July 2026, with an initial release in June 2026.

TSUDULY is designed for both companies formulating their first BCP and those reviewing existing ones. It manages BCP creation, risk-specific playbooks, training management, inventory management, safety confirmation options, and Layer A/B diagnostics within a unified workflow. It supports companies in preparing for crises such as disasters, accidents, infectious diseases, and cyber attacks, ensuring they are ready to act without hesitation.

Background of Development

Japan frequently faces events that significantly impact business operations, such as earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rain, and infectious diseases. While prioritizing life-saving is paramount during disasters, business survival—protecting workplaces, revenue, transactions, regional economies, and post-crisis rebuilding—is also vital for restoring daily life.

However, BCPs remain underdeveloped for many firms. According to a May 2025 nationwide survey by Teikoku Databank, the overall BCP adoption rate was 20.4%, with large enterprises at 38.7% and SMEs at only 17.1%, meaning over 80% of SMEs have not yet reached a state of 'adoption'.

In the same survey, 41.5% of companies had no BCP. Barriers cited included a lack of necessary skills or know-how (42.7%), insufficient personnel (33.1%), and lack of time (28.6%).
