"I spent my childhood in Kochi Prefecture, and Kochi Racetrack was a familiar presence. Even after I became eligible to buy betting tickets, I visited the track whenever I returned to Kochi. Although there were periods of excitement, such as the popularity of the horse Haru Urara, local horse racing entered a difficult era, and Kochi Racetrack faced severe challenges. However, after witnessing the track's revival through the introduction of night lighting facilities and 'Yosakoi Night Race' in 2009, I wanted to contribute. ■ Author Profile: Hironobu Wada
Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1977 and raised in Kochi Prefecture. CEO of sooup consulting.
After working at Samsung Japan, Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting, and EY Tax Co., he joined Full Line Co., Ltd. in 2006 and founded sooup consulting in 2016.
Currently providing support for management departments, he has consulted for over 660 companies ranging from major enterprises such as Toray and Royal Hotel to venture firms.
He has realized over 100 billion yen in financial improvements and resolved internal and external issues for over 3,600 clients. He also conducts corporate and group training based on this problem-solving expertise.
With a deep love for Kochi Prefecture, he has made corporate hometown tax donations to the prefecture for six consecutive years.
