The new company, Oros Data LLC, is a jointly funded JV dedicated to developing and utilizing AI solutions to process large volumes of unstructured enterprise data. SNP and Structify will jointly promote initiatives to introduce AI-powered data processing capabilities as a core feature of SAP transformation projects. According to industry analysts, unstructured data accounts for approximately 80% of all enterprise information, including critical but difficult-to-access data such as contracts, confidential HR information, IT documentation, and customer complaints. In M&A transactions, inadequate handling of such data can lead to significant costs for both buyers and sellers, as well as operational and compliance risks. As a first step, SNP plans to integrate these features into its Kyano platform, specifically for M&A cases.
