SKY Corporation Deploys 'eSIM GATE' Vending Kiosks at Three Locations Including Tokyo International Cruise Terminal

SKY Corporation, provider of the 'J WiFi & Mobile' communication service at Narita, Haneda, and Naha airports, has launched its 'eSIM GATE' vending kiosks for the 'WorldWide eSIM' brand at three new locations, including the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal.

Since 2009, SKY has operated the 'J WiFi & Mobile' brand, providing WiFi rentals and SIM cards. As of 2026, the company operates eight counters at Narita, Haneda, and Naha airports. This launch marks the 17th 'eSIM GATE' location in Japan.

These new installations allow passengers traveling by sea, as well as air, to easily set up their communication environment upon arrival. The unmanned kiosks offer high convenience, particularly during large cruise ship port calls, allowing travelers to avoid queues and purchase eSIMs in a contact-free manner. The company supports comfortable travel and information gathering from Japan's gateways to tourist destinations.

The service covers eSIMs for 18 countries including Japan, South Korea, and the US, with plans to expand the coverage continuously.
