This Fund, organized by NBI Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "NBI Holdings"), aims at the value-up and operation of the luxury hot spring inn "Atami Sanga" (hereinafter "this Property") located in Atami Onsen, Shizuoka Prefecture. NBI Holdings will operate as the asset manager and promote further value enhancement as a luxury hot spring inn. SBI Securities, which has a broad network and capital strength in the financial and investment fields, and NBI Holdings, which revitalizes regions through value-up investments in accommodation facilities such as inns, will collaborate to work on enhancing the value of this Property. In addition, Showa Leasing Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Shinsuke Yasuyama) will participate as a financial advisor in this project. After the start of this Fund's operation, renovation works including an increase in the number of guest rooms will be implemented.
