Shared Villa "SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners" to Launch New Base "MOSS Yatsugatake Kiyosato" on July 4th (Sat)

SANU Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Gen Fukushima), which operates Japan's largest shared villa service "SANU 2nd Home," will begin sales of its new "SANU 2nd Home Co-Owners" joint ownership second home service base, "MOSS Yatsugatake Kiyosato," on July 4th, 2026 (Sat).

Nine eco-friendly cabins, designed by Kotaro Anzai (ADX), who handles design, manufacturing, and construction, will be built in the forest of the Kiyosato Plateau at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake mountains this winter.

In conjunction with the opening of this new base, we will also launch a new plan, "8 nights per year for ¥2,950,000 (tax included) and up," allowing for a more accessible start to second home ownership.

Designed by Kotaro Anzai, these are eco-friendly cabins made from 100% domestic timber, minimizing impact on the soil.

With living areas and balconies integrated, the independent structures seamlessly connect living spaces with nature. These cabins, designed with consideration for the flora and fauna living in the mossy forest, express a love for the Earth. Comfortable and fulfilling living spaces, including open workspaces and interactive kitchen-dining areas, make a second home feel like an extension of everyday life. Skylights that let in sunlight and windows designed to offer views of the surrounding nature from anywhere in the room connect the interior and exterior of the cabin, realizing a life lived in harmony with nature.

Of the nine cabins, five are spacious "Large" type units (accommodating up to 6 people), and four are compact yet open "Medium" type units (accommodating up to 4 people).

Beyond the windows, the Kiyosato Plateau forest and sky unfold, allowing you to feel the changing seasons up close. And at night, gathered around a fire at your private bonfire pit, you can experience the exhilaration of a secret base, just like you dreamed of as a child.
