Comment from Technical Advisor Seiya Ichiki:
"In the human resources industry, much work is still done manually, and I believe there is significant room for improvement through technology. It goes without saying that the immense wave of AI is fundamentally changing the speed and depth of this improvement, and that is precisely why the weapons of businesses that compete with products are shifting to insights into user experience rooted in the resolution of operations.
From my own experience of building organizations from scratch at various companies and being involved in recruitment, evaluation, and training systems, I have personally felt the on-site challenges in the HR and recruitment domains, such as 'inefficient recruitment operations,' 'building scalable teams,' and 'introducing and utilizing HR tech.'
Reviv conducts product development based on field insights, and as a technical advisor who has started working alongside the team, I feel great potential in the team's understanding of on-site realities and their execution capabilities. I look forward to contributing to the scale of products and business and taking on challenges together."
Comment from Representative Director Yuta Fujisaki:
"Through my involvement in the recruitment industry, I have personally witnessed many industry-wide challenges from a first-person perspective:
- Inefficient business processes
- Manual/ad-hoc operations
- On-site circumstances that inevitably lead to such situations
To resolve this, I believe that a product-driven approach, supporting the operations of recruitment HR departments and agent companies, is crucial, not just professional services. I have consistently viewed Reviv as an operating company, and I am confident that Mr. Ichiki's participation will mark a significant turning point."
