RESTA Expands Vocational Support for Individuals with Disabilities, Launches Tobu Line Train Advertising in June

The initiative aims to raise awareness of the Omiya Office, which opened in March 2026, and to accelerate the recruitment of support staff. While the employment rate for people with disabilities who use transition support services is rising, a nationwide shortage of support staff remains a challenge. According to surveys by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, while employment rates for individuals using transition support are rising, a shortage of support staff is a critical nationwide issue. In response to growing demand from companies and local governments, the Omiya Office was opened in March 2026.
