Reelu Inc. Holds Briefing Session for Certified 'Inbound Tour Conductors (ITC)' from Travel & Conductor College

Reelu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & CEO: Miyu Konno, hereafter Reelu) held a briefing session regarding 'Reelu Japan Guide' for certified individuals of the 'Inbound Tour Conductor (ITC)' certification system operated by Travel & Conductor College. The ITC certification course of Travel & Conductor College is a system aimed at cultivating guides with a certain level of language and practical skills, resolving the shortage of guides in the inbound market, and contributing to the development of the tourism industry. The course consists of three parts: 'Inbound Guide Basic Knowledge Training', 'Domestic Itinerary Management Chief Training', and 'Inbound Guide Practical Training', and participants are certified as ITCs upon completion. This briefing session was held for approximately 120 ITCs certified since the system started in November last year, with the aim of creating touchpoints with human resources capable of handling multiple languages such as French and Spanish in addition to English. [Background of Implementation] With the expansion of the inbound travel market, there is an increasing need on the ground for human resources equipped with not only language skills but also hospitality and on-site response capabilities.
