CLOUDSHIP® and RealBoard® Adopted for Senju Sprinkler's DX Factory Project
Senju Sprinkler has adopted PROMPT-X's time-series database "CLOUDSHIP®" and no-code analysis system "RealBoard®" for its DX factory project, promoted in collaboration with INDUSTRIAL-X. This enables real-time monitoring of approximately 500 million operational data points annually from about 150 manufacturing facilities, integrating skilled on-site knowledge with data-driven decision-making.

Commentary on the operational monitoring dashboard screen by CEO Tenjin
In the "Next-Generation DX Factory for Digital Twins" project jointly promoted by Senju Sprinkler Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Adachi-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masaaki Ueno) and INDUSTRIAL-X Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tomonori Yako), PROMPT-X Co., Ltd. (PROMPT-X, Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO/CTO: Kenichi Tenjin; hereinafter "PROMPT-X")'s time-series database "CLOUDSHIP®" and no-code time-series data detailed analysis system "RealBoard®" have been adopted as a time-series data platform. Both products will serve as a "Physical AI & OT Data Platform" where field engineers and generative AI collaborate to interact with real-world OT (Operational Technology) data.
Approximately 500 million operational data points generated annually from about 150 manufacturing facilities installed at two locations in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture (Marumori Factory and Shibajuku Factory) are accumulated in "CLOUDSHIP®", and a dedicated operational monitoring dashboard based on "RealBoard®" has been developed to achieve real-time operational monitoring.
On March 26, 2026, a "Factory DX Presentation" was held at the Marumori Factory with the attendance of Ichinoseki Mayor Yoshihito Sato, and various media outlets covered the event. For an overview of the entire project, please also refer to the press release from INDUSTRIAL-X Co., Ltd.

About CLOUDSHIP® and RealBoard®
About the time-series database "CLOUDSHIP®"
As a field data platform for the Physical AI era, it is a "proprietary commercial database developed for high-speed recording of all so-called OT data, such as IoT sensor data, equipment operation logs, and environmental data, as time-series data." It achieves both high-speed writing of large volumes of data and real-time reading, and is operating as a data platform in a wide range of fields such as manufacturing, agriculture, and facility management.

About the no-code time-series data detailed analysis system "RealBoard®"
It is a no-code system for visualizing and analyzing time-series data in a browser. It enables data graphing and analysis without programming, and supports customization of dashboards to meet the business requirements of adopting companies.

About the project
Senju Sprinkler is a leading domestic manufacturer of fire sprinkler heads. The company launched a DX project, "SP-X (Sprinkler Transformation)", with INDUSTRIAL-X starting in July 2025, centered at the Marumori Factory (Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture). The goal is to combine the skilled knowledge and experience cultivated in manufacturing sites with data-driven decision-making.
In manufacturing DX, traditional system construction, which starts with requirements definition, often deviates from the actual conditions on site and rarely leads to practical implementation. To avoid this problem, this project adopted an approach of "first visualizing data in a short period and discussing with the site and management based on the same facts (raw data)."
Three relationships connecting the site, data sharing platform, and business systems
At Senju Sprinkler's Marumori and Shibajuku factories, numerous automated processing machines, both new and old, are in operation. With the cooperation of Senju Sprinkler's technical department engineers, data linkage from the PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers: industrial computers that automatically control factories and machines) embedded in new manufacturing equipment (processing machines) to CLOUDSHIP® was achieved in less than two months. For older processing equipment, a retrofit method was utilized, achieving data linkage for approximately 150 manufacturing facilities (processing machines), both new and old, in three months. The operational data collected from these facilities amounts to approximately 10,000 items per machine per day, totaling approximately 500 million items annually.
In this project, the approach taken was for Senju Sprinkler's field engineers to confirm the data accumulated in CLOUDSHIP® using "RealBoard®". As a result, PLC connections on the site side were also realized at an unprecedented speed, contributing to improved productivity for production site engineers by "seeing raw data early."
