B&B Italia Group to Handle Interior Design for World's Largest Sailing Yacht, Orient Express Corinthian

Milan, June 2026 – B&B Italia, a leading Italian brand group in the high-end furniture industry, has partnered with Orient Express for the interior design of the luxury sailing yacht Orient Express Corinthian. The partnership will see B&B Italia and Maxalto provide standard products as well as custom-made furniture created specifically for this project.

The Orient Express Corinthian, measuring 220 meters in length with three masts each carrying 1,500 square meters of rigid sails, is the world's largest sailing yacht designed for sustainable navigation. After cruising the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas until October, she will cross the Atlantic and operate in the Caribbean during the winter months. The yacht is equipped with all amenities to offer guests a unique and luxurious stay experience.

In addition to this custom furniture, over 130 standard products from the B&B Italia and Maxalto collections have been incorporated throughout the yacht's 54 suites, five Michelin-starred restaurants, and spa. Notable pieces include the Caratos chairs, Lilium sofas, Febo series seating, and Pathos console tables.

The Orient Express Corinthian has also been recognized as a recipient of the Le French Design FD100 People’s Choice Award, which honors outstanding interior architecture and design projects that showcase French creativity worldwide.
