Changing "Public Relations Magazines Don't Reach People": POTETO Design Partners with Osaka's Expo 2025 Host Ward, Konohana Ward, for Digitalization of Ward PR Magazine

POTETO Design Inc. (President and CEO: Kento Fujita, hereinafter "the Company") signed a partnership agreement with the Konohana Ward Office in Osaka City on July 2, 2026, to realize "Information Dissemination That Gets Through." Based on this agreement, we will conduct a demonstration experiment on the digitalization of the Konohana Ward PR magazine utilizing "POTETO Smart Koho," our automated PR magazine digitalization service.

Background: The Challenges of "Difficulty Reading" and "Difficulty Finding" PR Magazines

Municipal PR magazines (referred to as "koho-shi" in some municipalities) are one of the most basic means of delivering administrative information to residents. However, traditional digital book formats present challenges such as:

Lack of keyword search makes it difficult to find desired articles.

These issues have made it particularly difficult for younger generations and individuals who find it hard to read paper PR magazines to access information.

Osaka City's "Osaka City DX Strategy Action Plan" advocates for the realization of Service DX and is working to optimize information dissemination. Konohana Ward Office and the Company share these concerns and have entered into this agreement to deliver ward administrative information clearly and effectively to ward residents.
