Overview:

A digital coupon campaign will be implemented as an initiative to support small restaurants, service businesses, and retail businesses in the city affected by soaring crude oil prices and rising costs.

Customers who make purchases using the "Hikari City Price Surge Support Citizen Life Voucher" (hereinafter referred to as "Voucher") at participating stores will receive a lottery ticket and participate in this campaign.

Winning participants will be awarded digital coupons, which can be used for subsequent purchases or services at participating stores during the campaign period.

How to Participate:

1. Lottery tickets will be distributed to customers who make purchases using the Voucher at campaign-participating stores.

2. Scan the QR code on the lottery ticket with your smartphone to access the campaign website.

3. Register necessary information for the first time to complete campaign participation registration.

4. Enter the serial code written on the lottery ticket and participate in the lottery on the spot.

5. The lottery results will be displayed immediately, and winning participants will receive digital coupons.

6. Awarded coupons can be used for subsequent payments at participating stores.

Lottery Ticket Distribution Period:

July 1, 2026 (Wed) - July 31, 2026 (Fri)

* Lottery ticket distribution will end when each store's planned quantity is reached.

* The campaign may end before the period if the overall winning limit is reached.

We received comments from a representative of the Hikari Chamber of Commerce and Industry regarding the background of this campaign and the reason for adopting our system.

We have decided to implement a digital coupon campaign as an initiative to support small restaurants, service stores, and retail stores that are greatly affected by soaring crude oil prices and rising costs.

The background to digitalization is that, unlike paper coupons, it eliminates the need for printing and cutting, reduces the burden of tabulation, and allows real-time management of usage status through the management screen.

We learned about your service through an internet search and decided to introduce it because you offer packages that meet our needs. Another reason for our selection was the numerous implementation records in many local governments and business associations.

After implementation, we were able to achieve our desired operation through prompt responses to detailed requests such as adjustments to specifications and screen layouts.

We would like to introduce comments from our sales representative regarding the implementation of this project.

We received a consultation regarding an instant win lottery campaign for customers who made purchases using paper city-wide vouchers.

During our discussion, we received a specific question: "We will be distributing serial lottery tickets to each participating store in advance, so we need a large number of serial codes. What is the maximum number of codes we can issue?" We believe that our system's ability to issue an unlimited number of serial codes and flexibly issue them according to customer requests was highly valued, leading to our proposal meeting the customer's operational requirements and their decision to adopt our system.

Furthermore, not only for this project but also due to our continuous usage over several years, we feel that the trust we have built, not only in the system's functionality but also in its operational aspects, has been one of the reasons why they chose us.

At the stage before placing the order, it was discovered that the cost of variable printing for the lottery tickets exceeded the initial budget, creating a challenge of budget overrun.

Initially, we planned to provide only the system, but we were asked if we could also handle the printing aspect. Therefore, with the desire to ensure the campaign could proceed as planned without any reduction, we decided to support the entire process from design creation of the lottery tickets to coordination with and ordering from the printing company.

As a result, it became possible to implement the campaign within the budget, without reducing the campaign content or features.

We believe that by providing flexible, one-stop support that includes operations and production, not just system provision, the Hikari Chamber of Commerce and Industry felt confident in entrusting us with the project.

The serial code lottery system "Lotlly" is a mechanism that distributes lottery tickets or stickers with unique alphanumeric or numeric codes printed on them, and authenticates them via serial code on the campaign website. Since participants can be limited, it is suitable for events limited to visitors or "buy-one-get-one" campaigns.

It supports instant win, post-draw, and mileage (point accumulation) methods depending on the campaign's objectives and operations.

This campaign adopts the instant win method, where lottery results are known immediately.

By utilizing "Lotlly," the entire campaign operation, from participant registration to lottery, winner management, and coupon issuance/usage, is digitized through a QR code as a starting point, realizing efficient campaign operation.

Furthermore, the winning probability can be flexibly adjusted on the management screen, and settings can be changed according to the campaign's operational status. In addition, participation and winning status are visualized in real-time, allowing for immediate grasp of the overall campaign progress.

In terms of security, we have obtained third-party certifications such as P-Mark, ISMS, and ISMS-CL under an appropriate management system for personal and confidential information, and we are continuously strengthening security through measures such as preparing for service continuity during disasters by establishing a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and conducting penetration tests by a third-party organization annually.
