This certification is awarded to companies that comply with the 'AI Interview Service Provider Guidelines' established by AIAC, an organization that facilitates information exchange and collaboration among businesses and exchanges opinions with government agencies regarding recruitment interviews and personnel evaluations utilizing AI technology. This certification marks the first decision since the start of the system. About 'Personnel AI Ethics Conformity Certification' Background AIAC is an organization aiming to deepen social understanding of recruitment interviews and personnel evaluations using AI technology, promote the proper use and sound social implementation of AI interviews, and realize transformation in recruitment activities. System Overview In the 'Personnel AI Ethics Conformity Certification' examination, compliance is evaluated from the following perspectives through a two-stage confirmation process: document review and system review. - Technical exclusion of discriminatory evaluations (exclusion of unfair judgment materials such as race, gender, ideology, etc.) - Guarantee of final decision-making by humans - Proper collection and management of personal information and security measures - Establishment of transparency and accountability systems The certification is valid for one year and can be continuously obtained through renewal reviews.
