(Headquarters: Fukuoka City/Representative Director: Yoshiharu Hirako), which operates the Fukuoka-based bakery 'AMAM DACOTAN (AMAM DACOTAN)', will simultaneously open three brands on June 18, 2026 (Thu): the live donut specialty store 'I'm donut?', the bakery cafe 'dacō', and the handcrafted burger shop 'Neo Nice Burger' at the second store in the Jiyugaoka area, Suzukake-dori.
The new store facing the refined streetscape and walking culture of 'Suzukake-dori' has 'I'm donut?' and 'Neo Nice Burger' on the first floor, with open terrace seats. The stylish first-floor floor, woven with the texture of concrete and stainless steel, connects to the vast dining space of 'dacō' on the basement first floor, featuring a three-dimensional space design.
In Suzukake-dori, where a leisurely time flows differently from the bustle in front of the station, we provide a new food experience that enjoys the individuality of donuts, bakery, and hamburgers, and store-limited new products that can only be enjoyed here. Additionally, we will start providing the newly developed original coffee blend 'dacō Blend' as the first appearance in the Tokyo area from this store, which is planned to be expanded to each store in the group in the future.
A near-future 'food complex space' that seamlessly connects to the street
The terrace seats in the style of a wood deck facing the street are arranged with warm beige chairs on the 'I'm donut?' side and refreshing blue chairs, the brand color, on the 'Neo Nice Burger' side, creating a space where you can enjoy the pleasant breeze of Jiyugaoka. The first-floor store interior is based on the texture of inorganic concrete and futuristic stainless steel, where the fun of choosing donuts yourself at 'I'm donut?' and the smart ordering system of 'Neo Nice Burger' coexist, achieving a space that balances the warmth of handmade items and convenience.
I'm donut? Interior Angel Cream (strawberry, matcha, chocolate)
At the live donut specialty store 'I'm donut? Jiyugaoka Suzukake-dori' located on the same floor, about 35 varieties of rich donuts are lined up. In commemoration of this opening, the heart-shaped donut 'Angel Cream', which perfectly matches the town of Jiyugaoka, appears as a limited new menu item. Flavors include strawberry, matcha, and chocolate. It is also recommended as a souvenir or a treat for yourself. The store interior incorporates stylish mirror-finished designs in various places, and you can also enjoy the modern performance where the space for enjoying shopping is beautifully reflected.
Neo Nice Burger Interior Summer Vegetable Ratatouille Cheese Burger
The handcrafted burger shop 'Neo Nice Burger Jiyugaoka Suzukake-dori', which also has a store on the first floor, offers 14 varieties of burgers, including the standard 'Neo Nice Burger'. From the store, a limited new menu item 'Summer Vegetable Ratatouille Cheese Burger' is born from the perspective of Owner Chef Hirako, an Italian cuisine specialist. It is finished with a rich Gouda cheese, combining juicy 100% beef patties and colorful homemade ratatouille sauce on fragrant plain buns. It is juicy yet refreshing in a summer-like way.
A warm modern space with a spacious cafe space on the basement first floor like a hideout

As you go down the stairs outside to the basement, a spacious dining space with about 80 seats spreads out. The space where the industrial texture of concrete and modern interior are fused is adorned with delicate plants and flowers, adding soft warmth and comfort.
The bakery cafe 'dacō Jiyugaoka Suzukake-dori', which has this vast cafe space, offers about 40 varieties of colorful breads that are just the right size for one person, and about 25 varieties of rich drinks.
As a new product limited to the Jiyugaoka store, two types using Napoli buns baked fluffy and fragrant in a high-temperature pizza oven appear. 'Napoli Egg Sandwich' is a luxurious sandwich with smooth egg salad, rich egg yolk pickled in soy sauce, and further fried eggs, where different textures and flavors overlap. 'Napoli Tandori Grilled Sandwich' is finished with a satisfying taste that is perfect for lunch or when you're hungry, matching juicy chicken marinated in spices and malt with a mellow homemade teriyaki sauce spread with onions and ginger.
In addition, the store has focused on coffee with the idea that both bakery and cafe should be enjoyed. A live donut specialty store handled by Owner Chef Yoshiharu Hirako. The first store opened in Nakameguro, Tokyo in March 2022, and currently operates 11 stores nationwide. The unique 'live' texture, crispy on the outside and fluffy and fizzy melting in the mouth, is a characteristic. From the new texture that surprises both the person who eats it and the donut itself, 'Am I a donut?', this name. In addition to the live texture, it attracts attention with its unique recipe and visuals that overturn the conventional concept of donuts.
