OVER ALLs Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Gakuto Akazawa), a mural art company, has created a mural depicting bikers and motorcycle helmets on the exterior wall of a biker-friendly apartment building in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.

Concept Behind the Mural

The apartment was planned by Ryuta Shiogama, President of Kobe Housing Management Guarantee Co., Ltd.

The project originated from an idea Mr. Shiogama had after seeing a motorcycle zoom past him while driving: "Can't we create a place where bikers can feel more comfortable and proud?"

A place where people who love motorcycles not just as a means of transportation but as "life itself" can customize their beloved bikes indoors without worrying about others, and take pride in their dedication.

This biker-friendly apartment was born from the desire to create a space where bikers can live authentically and freely.

OVER ALLs embraced this vision and set "Biker's Secret Base" as the concept for the mural.

For this project, murals were created on the entire exterior wall and the entrance of the building.

The artwork expresses not only the free and powerful charm of bikers but also the joy of customizing parts and equipment to one's own specifications.

The shield of the helmet painted on the exterior wall reflects the night view of Kobe, while the helmet at the entrance is adorned with stickers inspired by the building's name, company logo, and motorcycle culture.

Given the building's height of approximately 25 meters, the artwork is visible from the JR Kobe Line. We hope this mural will become a new symbol of Kobe, a source of pride and aspiration for bikers, and a representation of "a life where you can love what you love," cherished by many.
