Onsen Dojo to Host 'Open Company' on April 12, 2026, at Chichibu Yumoto Buko Onsen, Offering Students Experience in 'Energizing the Region' Through Work

Onsen Dojo Co., Ltd. (Tokigawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Toshiki Yamazaki) will host the 'Onsen Dojo Open Company,' an experiential program for students, at Chichibu Yumoto Buko Onsen (Yokoze-machi, Chichibu-gun, Saitama Prefecture) on Sunday, April 12, 2026. Onsen Dojo is a company that develops and operates hot spring facilities, including the 'Ofuro Café®' brand, and resort facilities, primarily in Saitama Prefecture, based on its corporate philosophy of 'disseminating culture from baths.' This program is not an internship for recruitment selection but a day to experience Onsen Dojo's culture and the essence of work that 'energizes the region.' The program aims to encourage deep thinking about 'what work is' and 'how to engage with the region' through a process of confronting actual store challenges at a real regional hot spring facility, observing the relationships between the region, customers, and the company firsthand, and collaboratively thinking about problem-solving as a team.
