CEO Minami Fukushima faced this challenge while performing domestically and internationally as a pianist, and decided to start her company during her university years.

1. Live Performance Dispatch & Production
We deliver live performances by professional musicians to various settings such as nursing homes, daycare centers, care facilities, museums, and hotels. 2. Music Instructor Dispatch for Corporations & Educational Institutions
We dispatch music instructors focused on live performance to international schools and educational institutions. 3. "MMC SCHOOL," an On-Site Music School Requiring No Travel
Instructors visit your home or desired location to provide a wide range of instrument lessons, including piano, violin, guitar, flute, and vocal music. We offer individualized instruction for beginners to experienced players and also provide all-English lessons. Through partnerships with house-keeping and babysitting services, lessons and childcare can be utilized simultaneously.

Minami Fukushima, CEO
Born in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture. Began piano at age 6, graduated from the music department of Meiwa High School, Aichi Prefecture, with top practical skills. Transferred to the Piano Performance Course at Tokyo University of the Arts after attending Toho Gakuen School of Music, and completed her Master's degree.
Received 2nd prize in the Nagoya competition of the 69th All Japan Student Music Competition (High School Division) (selected for the national competition), 1st prize in the University Student/General Division of the 1st Tokyo International Youth Piano Competition, 2nd prize in the University Student Division of the 31st Burkhardt International Competition, among numerous other awards in domestic and international competitions. Completed a master class at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and obtained a diploma.
Selected as a scholarship student for the Munetsugu Angel Fund and the Fukushima Ikuei Scholarship in fiscal year 2023. In parallel with performance activities, judging competitions, and mentoring younger generations, she promotes the creation of systems to support musicians' careers and expand the social value of music as the representative of On-Sense. She also operates as an official partner company of Inc. 321, led by Yuko Suzu, who has over 2 million total social media followers.
