## Ollo's Initiatives
The adopted theme this time is "Digital Co-creation." By utilizing 'Ollo Factory,' a work analysis AI specialized for manufacturing that automates manual creation, new employee training, and error prevention simply by uploading work videos, Ollo aims to advance rolling stock manufacturing technology and improve productivity. This is achieved by analyzing not only individual tasks, which were difficult to standardize, but also multi-person tasks by linking multiple cameras. This initiative has been implemented at J-TREC's factory within the JR East Group since April 2026.
