ODiMA Corporation (Headquarters: Nakano Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takami Yano) jointly with the specialized website 'Resale God' compiled a ranking of market rates per tsubo by ward based on data from 388 second-hand store properties listed on the site from April 2025 to March 2026.
This survey targets wards with five or more data points and introduces the top 10 rankings.
Top 10 Ranking of Market Rates per Tsubo by Ward in the First Half of 2025 (April-September)
In the first half of 2025, data from a total of 231 properties were compiled (excluding wards with fewer than five data points).
Shibuya Ward ranked first with a median price per tsubo of 44,444 yen, followed by Meguro Ward (39,921 yen) and Chuo Ward (37,507 yen). While popular central areas dominated the top ranks, shitamachi and residential areas such as Taito Ward (31,167 yen) and Nakano Ward (30,000 yen) also made it into the top 10.

In the second half of the year, data from 157 properties were compiled.
Shibuya Ward remained in first place (53,908 yen), showing an increase of approximately 9,500 yen from the first half of the year.
Minato Ward rose to second place (42,746 yen), and Nakano Ward moved up to third place (36,584 yen). On the other hand, Meguro Ward, which was second in the first half of the year, was excluded due to insufficient data.
