NTQ Consulting Japan Celebrates 4th Anniversary

NTQ Consulting Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Akira Ishikawa, hereinafter NCJ) has celebrated its 4th anniversary.

On May 29th, NCJ celebrated its 4th anniversary by holding a commemorative event at its Hibiya office with members of NTQ Japan.

On the day, President Ishikawa announced the future medium-term management plan, and after the event, a bingo game was held with NTQ Japan members, fostering a friendly atmosphere of exchange, including online participants.

Now at this milestone of 4 years, NCJ is taking a new step towards further growth and value creation.

Since its establishment, NCJ has supported Japanese companies in DX promotion and system development. In recent years, in addition to traditional offshore development support, it has strengthened its 'comprehensive contract system' covering requirements definition, design, development, quality assurance, and project management, expanding its capacity to handle large-scale system development and legacy migration projects.

'Vessel Operation Management System' Supporting Maritime Safety

Developed a system that visualizes the operational status of vessels entering ports in real-time. Using AIS (Automatic Identification System), it built an advanced system that displays vessel information on a map.

NCJ handled everything from requirements definition to acceptance testing and project management, successfully completing a project worth approximately 60 million yen.

Migration of a Sales Management System Using Generative AI

This is a large-scale migration project to renew an aging COBOL system to C#.

For the first time at NCJ, generative AI was fully utilized, handling requirements definition, design, data migration, comprehensive testing, and project management. It is currently proceeding as the largest-scale project in the company's history, worth approximately 140 million yen.
