"Jishutore AI" is an AI-powered sales role-playing service aimed at improving sales representatives' negotiation skills and accelerating their readiness for the workforce. Based on scenarios simulating actual business negotiations, AI acts as the customer, allowing users to repeatedly train practical skills necessary for sales activities, such as listening, proposal, problem-solving, and closing skills. After each session, the conversation content is analyzed, and specific improvement points are provided as feedback, visualizing aspects like speaking style, questioning, and proposal accuracy. Compared to traditional OJT, which often varies by instructor, it provides a uniform and highly reproducible training environment. It supports not only the onboarding of new sales staff but also the skill enhancement of mid-career professionals and the reduction of coaching burden for managers, contributing to the overall improvement of corporate sales productivity.
