Background of Appointment as Outside Director

To achieve sustainable organizational growth in a rapidly changing environment, it is essential to establish an optimal management system and governance for the company. Ms. Murakami's Career

Graduated from Ritsumeikan University, College of Industrial Relations. Joined Recruit Staffing Co., Ltd. in 2007. In 2012, transferred to Intelligence Executive Search Co., Ltd. (at the time) and was involved in manager-class talent introduction. In 2014, joined Recruit Executive Agent Co., Ltd. While diligently supporting executive-level recruitment, she also started working as a business coach in 2017, undertaking many transition support projects with the theme of "maximizing individual potential." In 2020, after leaving the company, she established M-Class Co., Ltd., specializing in "executive onboarding." She develops organizational consulting that supports the appointment and success of executive talent. She is passionate about unleashing the potential of individuals and teams.
