Dandadan promotes the phrase "Gyoza and beer are a culture," while Tenkaippin has built a one-of-a-kind culture with its "Kotteri Ramen."

Considering how to bring out the best of each signature menu item, they developed the "Clay Pot Juicy Gyoza in Kotteri Soup," aiming for an addictive taste where the meat juices overflowing from the gyoza unite with the rich, thick soup.
