"Compensation AI" Releases Evidence "Validity Checker" - AI Ranks Claim Validity from A to D Based on Selected Evidence Types

Mycat Inc. Background of Development

When considering a compensation claim, the first hurdle is the question, "Is the evidence I have sufficient?" According to judicial statistics from the courts, the number of new cases for divorce-related family mediation and trials exceeds approximately 60,000 annually (Source: Court "2022 Judicial Statistics Annual Report"), and many parties struggle with collecting and evaluating evidence.

Can LINE screenshots be used as evidence? Is recording conversations illegal? Can hotel receipts alone prove infidelity? While fragmented information exists online to answer such questions, there has been no systematic way to check "how it applies to my case."

"Compensation AI" already offers a rough compensation simulation function. However, to address the next step of the question, "I know the amount, but can I really make a claim with this evidence?", we developed the Evidence Validity Checker.

Tool Features

There is no need to upload the evidence itself to use the checker. Simply select the "types of evidence you possess" in a selection format to get a judgment result.

Information to Input

First, select the type of compensation claim.

• Audio/Recording-based: Conversation recordings, phone call recordings
• Document-based: Written promises/pledges, letters, diaries

• Location-based: GPS logs, transportation IC card history, ETC usage history

Overall Evidence Validity Rank

Rank A: Includes evidence with strong probative value on its own. Can be a strong basis for a compensation claim.Rank B: A certain degree of probative value can be expected by combining multiple pieces of evidence. Effectiveness may increase with the addition of corroborating evidence.Rank C: Primarily consists of circumstantial evidence. While its probative value alone is limited, it may be meaningful when combined with other evidence.Rank D: Based on the currently selected evidence alone, the probative value is insufficient. A situation where collecting additional evidence should be considered.

Evaluation of Individual Evidence

For each selected piece of evidence, the specific "conditions under which this evidence can function effectively" will be displayed. For example, for LINE screenshots, it would be "confirmation of transmission date and time," "identification of the other party's account," and "context before and after to show it has not been altered."
