'MapBoost' Adds Korean, Chinese, and English Review Reply Functions for Restaurants with High Inbound Traffic

Mycat Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo) has announced the addition of Korean, Chinese, and English reply functions to its AI review response tool, 'MapBoost'. With inbound tourists to Japan exceeding 30 million in 2024, businesses face an increasing number of reviews in foreign languages on Google Business Profiles. The new function detects the language of a review, analyzes the content (gratitude, questions, complaints, etc.), and automatically generates a reply in the same language. For convenience, a Japanese translation is included alongside the generated reply, allowing store owners to understand the content before posting with a single click.
