Since April 2024, the transportation industry has been subject to a 960-hour annual overtime limit. This has increased the frequency and complexity of regulatory filings, such as changes in vehicle counts and operational management systems, posing a significant administrative burden on small and medium-sized carriers, who make up over 99% of the industry. The new tool allows users to input basic business information and recent changes to automatically determine necessary filings, submission deadlines, and required documentation.
