Release of 'Octty', an AI-driven recruitment system for centralized data management from part-time to full-time hiring

Miuit Inc. has launched 'Octty', an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tailored for multi-store businesses. It centralizes hiring data across multiple channels and employment types, ranging from part-time workers to full-time employees. The platform allows headquarters to monitor real-time hiring statuses across all branches. Additionally, it features an AI chat function that analyzes accumulated data, generates visual graphs, and provides strategic advice for improving recruitment efforts. Octty has already been adopted by a pharmacy chain operating over 500 stores and is scheduled for implementation in a major hotel chain.
