Mental Coach Yuki Kanewaka (CEO of Mission Full Inc.) held a publication party for the book "Map of Things You Want to Do" (SB Creative) at LIFFFUL TABLE in Tokyo on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

According to a Gallup survey, only 6% of Japanese people have enthusiasm for their work, ranking last among 139 countries.
To commemorate the release of this book, which tackles this reality head-on, a 3-hour practical event was realized where participants actually experienced and verbalized "what they want to do."

Event Report
On Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00, the publication party for "Map of Things You Want to Do" was held successfully at LIFFFUL TABLE in Tokyo.

Designed as a place to "start moving" rather than "read and finish," the event allowed participants meeting for the first time to interact at 4-person tables while experiencing a talk session and practical workshops by author Yuki Kanewaka.

The following program was conducted on the day:
- Author Talk 1: Overview of the book, the secret story of its birth, target readers, and introduction of its value
- Author Talk 2: Author's vision speech + Workshop "Drawing a Vision (New Continent)"
- Workshop: Setting actions for 1 year from now, 3 months from now, and today
- Mind Block Workshop: "Checking % of Confidence" and verbalizing garbage thoughts
- Mic Time: All participants share their impressions, realizations, and action declarations
- Information on the Map Journey Project and Life Quest, and sharing future developments

Event Concept: 3 Hours of "Writing and Starting to Move"
This party was designed to draw a clear line from regular publication events.
Seats were determined by drawing lots, promoting natural dialogue and chemical reactions by having participants who had never met sit at the same table.
The venue prepared all books, worksheets, pens, and questionnaires, creating an environment where participants could focus entirely on the "experience of taking action" empty-handed.

In the vision workshop, which started with the question, "If you had infinite skills, money, and time, what would you want to do?", each participant drew their own "New Continent" on a map sheet.

Furthermore, in the "Checking % of Confidence" workshop, participants verbalized the "garbage thoughts (Have to)" that hinder their actions by digging into the reasons why their confidence in achieving their goals is not 100%.

This realization is the core method of this book.
