Luup Commemorates 1st Anniversary in Naha Area with "Naha Day Special: Unlimited 30-Minute Rides Campaign" on July 8th

Luup Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Daiki Okai; hereinafter "Luup") is pleased to announce that on July 8, 2026 (Wed.), designated as "Naha Day" by the city of Naha, Okinawa Prefecture, we will hold a one-day "Unlimited 30-Minute Rides Campaign" as an initiative to further energize the city.

Background

With the mission to "create infrastructure that makes every town feel like a station front," Luup operates the micro-mobility sharing service "LUUP" to solve mobility issues across Japan through its business. Currently, we have over 17,900 ports and have surpassed 6 million app downloads, growing into one of Japan's largest (Note 1) micro-mobility sharing services.

In the Naha area, since the service launch on July 8, 2025 (Note 2), LUUP has been utilized for daily commutes and tourism. Approximately 70 ports are currently installed. To express our gratitude to the local community, we will hold a one-day campaign on this significant day, which marks the 1st anniversary of our service and coincides with Naha City's "Naha Day" (Note 3).

"Unlimited 30-Minute Rides Campaign" Details

- Period: July 8, 2026 (Wed.) 10:00 AM - 11:59 PM

- Target Area: Naha Area

- Eligible Participants: Anyone registered with the LUUP app - Benefit: Unlimited free rides within 30 minutes during the target period

- How to Participate: Launch the app, and a coupon will be automatically distributed.

[Notes]

- If a ride exceeds 30 minutes, standard charges will apply for the duration after 30 minutes.

- Even with temporary stops, rides will be free as long as they are completed within 30 minutes from the original ride start time.

- Rides must be completed within the campaign validity period. Rides completed after the validity period will not be eligible.

- Luup may conduct other campaigns during the period of this campaign. If other campaigns are conducted, the discount details of each campaign will not be applied cumulatively.

- Rides starting from ports not designated as eligible will not be part of the campaign.

- Rides may be excluded from the campaign in cases of fraudulent activity or other actions deemed contrary to the operational intent by Luup.

- The "30-minute unlimited rides" for this campaign may be applied simultaneously with other coupons you possess. In such cases, the discount from this campaign will be applied first.

The details of the coupon that will actually be applied can be confirmed on the fare information screen before starting a ride.

- Due to weather conditions (e.g., typhoons) or safety reasons, service may be temporarily suspended in the target area. In such cases, the campaign may not be available, so please be aware of this in advance.

- As this is a one-day campaign, there will be no postponements or rescheduling.

"LUUP" Service Overview

- Details: Using the smartphone app "LUUP," users can ride electric kickboards, electric assist bicycles, and electric seat boards to travel between ports located throughout the city.

- Usage Fees: Basic ride fee ¥50 (tax included) + Time-based fee ¥15 per minute (tax included)

- Regarding the use of electric kickboards and electric seat boards: Users must complete the registration of age verification documents and achieve a perfect score on the traffic rules test consecutively through the app.
