Diverse practical knowledge and research knowledge go back and forth, leading to the creation of innovations that connect to social implementation.
The social experiment community "DICT" (operated by Link & Innovation Inc.) is pleased to announce that four of its community members have been appointed as specially appointed researchers at Hosei University Graduate School.
The four individuals appointed this time have been active at the forefront of various practical fields, including organizational development, regional self-governance, education, human resource development, and AI utilization. By connecting the issues cultivated in the field to research, and then returning the research results to social implementation, DICT will further promote the "back-and-forth between theory and practice" that it has emphasized.
Background and Significance of the Appointment
DICT is a social experiment community that explores new ways of value creation by traversing design, innovation, co-creation, and technology, based on the ideas of Web 3.0 and DAO. Practitioners with diverse expertise gather to explore solutions to social issues and the possibilities of new co-creation through their respective businesses, research, and projects.
The appointment of these four individuals also concretizes the attempt for practitioners to connect with university research institutions, academically deepen practical questions, and return the results to society. While their individual themes differ—such as job satisfaction in organizations, resident-participatory self-governance in regions, AI-driven organizational development, and the design of learning communities for internal human transformation—all address important issues in modern society. Through these appointments, the cross-border practice and research exchange within DICT is expected to develop into an initiative with broader social significance.
