Enka Comedian Kazeno Shoma Appointed as Takasago City Goodwill Ambassador!

Enka comedian Kazeno Shoma, who belongs to "DICT Agency," a talent agency operated by Virgo Co., Ltd., which spun out from "DICT" (operated by Link & Innovation Co., Ltd.), a social experiment community for co-creation innovation through Web 3.0 / DAO, has been appointed as a goodwill ambassador for his hometown, Takasago City, Hyogo Prefecture.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on May 23rd at the "Oshigoto Hakken Festa 2026" held at the Takasago City General Gymnasium. The letter of appointment will be presented by the Chairman of the Takasago City Tourism and Exchange Bureau, and Kazeno Shoma will also hold a talk show at the event.

Kazeno Shoma expanding his field of activity with diverse talents

Kazeno Shoma (born in 2000, from Takasago City, Hyogo Prefecture), who has been appointed as the Takasago City Goodwill Ambassador, is an enka comedian. While in high school, he formed the comedy duo "Android" and won numerous awards, including the "High School Manzai 2017" competition in 2017. After entering Yoshimoto Kogyo's NSC (New Star Creation) as a scholarship student, he hosted a regular program on Radio Kansai and appeared in various media.

As an enka singer, he released the CD "Banshu Danji" in 2018. In 2021, following the dissolution of his duo, he began activities as "Niyama Sho," named by enka singer Hiroshi Miyama. Later, in August 2024, he left Yoshimoto Kogyo and changed his stage name to "Kazeno Shoma," named by comedian Shōji Murakami. This led to his transfer to "DICT Agency." In the same year, he released the CD "Seishun wa Katamichi Kippu" and in 2025, he digitally released the EP "Z-Generation SHOWA," which primarily covers Showa-era enka and popular songs.

Currently, he is expanding his activities in various fields, including hosting "Kazeno Shoma no Gakuya e Yokoso" on Radio Kansai, singing, emceeing, and appearing in media and events.

Takasago City overflowing with history and emotion
