Web 3.0 / DAO-based international co-creation innovation social experiment community "DICT" (Operating company: Link & Innovation Inc.) announces that two of its community members, Narumi Arakaki and Tsuyoshi Taguchi, enrolled in the Hosei University Graduate School of Innovation Management (MBA) in April 2026. Together with Yuka Masaushi, who is already enrolled (entered in the 2025 academic year), the three members will study together to explore new forms of innovation that integrate the community and academia.

This initiative is part of a social experiment embodying the "reciprocation of theory and practice" advocated by DICT. Under the guidance of DICT founder Shinya Yamamoto, who has been an adjunct lecturer at the graduate school since 2018, the members will bring a business management perspective to the expertise and experience they have cultivated in their respective fields, aiming to create new innovations.

Innovation through the Fusion of Practice and Academia The social experiment community for co-creation innovation, "DICT", was founded in 2022 by Shinya Yamamoto, a social entrepreneur and social physicist. Based on Web 3.0 and DAO, the community explores new forms of value creation through social experiments that integrate design, innovation, co-creation, and technology.

To date, a wide variety of projects—including those in education, medicine, technology, agriculture, philosophy, art, and music—have been experimentally launched, and various events have been held. Through this process, it has produced 15 corporate entities in the three years since its founding. Currently, it is transitioning to a decentralized co-creation phase where each entity generates synergy, utilizing international co-creation innovation hubs and universities both domestically and internationally as central nodes.

Collaboration with Hosei University Graduate School of Innovation Management The graduate school is dedicated to developing "true entrepreneurs" and operates on the philosophy of creating "practical wisdom" to solve social issues. Through its unique educational approach, the "Project Method," it aims to foster innovations that lead to the resolution of social issues using a more practical curriculum than traditional business schools.

DICT representative Yamamoto has been in charge of courses such as "Global Management" at the graduate school since 2018. He has been serving as a project faculty member in the Japanese MBA program since the 2024 academic year, and a DICT-endowed course is scheduled to begin in the 2025 academic year, promoting a new form of industry-academia collaboration.
