## From Social Experiment to Social Implementation
DICT (Design, Innovation, Co-Creation, Technology) has repeatedly conducted social experiments based on the social physics insights of its founder, Shinya Yamamoto, generating unpredictable value by blending diverse expertise.
These three individuals, after their innovation management research at Hosei University Graduate School of Management, aim to socially implement the ideas they cultivated in the co-creative environment of DICT as businesses centered on their respective expertise. ### 1. Unite & Glow Co., Ltd. Representative Director: Shuhei Miyasaka

- Planning and development of next-generation co-creative education programs
- Provision of career education and socially collaborative workshops

**【Representative Profile】**
After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University's Faculty of Education, Shuhei Miyasaka was involved in digital transformation support projects for Japanese companies, including AI, IoT, and work style reforms, in the Marketing Division of Otsuka Corporation. In 2018, he became a certified facilitator for JTB's career education program, conducting outreach classes at junior and senior high schools nationwide and participating in curriculum development for correspondence high schools. He completed his MBA at the Hosei University Graduate School of Management, Department of Innovation Management. During his studies, he promoted the "Shion - International Co-Creative Education Project through Music," exploring new forms of co-creative education through academic presentations both domestically and internationally. Currently, as a specialized researcher at the Tokyo Gakugei University Education Incubation Promotion Organization, he supports international education projects while engaging in co-creation projects spanning IT, education, and research.
