LEVECHY Co., Ltd., operator of the real estate crowdfunding platform 'LEVECHY' that allows investments starting from 10,000 yen, announced the successful redemption and dividend distribution for 'LEVECHY Fund No. 19' on May 15, 2026. The fund operated for 364 days against a projected 12-month period and delivered the planned 4% pre-tax dividend to priority investors. The target property, the former Soma family residence, has been operating as the 'Kazeno Heritage' hotel since March 1, 2026. Phase 2 of the fund commenced operations on April 28, 2026.
