Leach Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takuya Tominaga) announced that it has begun accepting pre-registrations for “RecruitOS,” an AI business OS for recruitment agencies. Ahead of the official launch, the company is recruiting a limited number of beta monitor companies among small and medium-sized recruitment agencies, search firms, and RPO providers, and will improve the product based on real operational needs in the field. RecruitOS is a business OS that integrates the functions of multiple SaaS tools used by small and medium-sized recruitment agencies and uses AI automation to significantly improve productivity. Key features include AI matching and scoring, AI-generated candidate proposal messages, centralized LINE message management, AI-powered interviews and summaries, selection pipeline management, scheduling, job page management, and KPI dashboards. According to Leach, Japan has approximately 28,000 paid employment placement businesses, most of which are small and medium-sized companies with 10 or fewer employees. While major recruitment agencies operate their own internal systems, smaller agencies often rely on combinations of tools such as Salesforce, Spir, WordPress, Mailchimp, and LINE, manually copying and pasting data between systems. This creates a structure in which consultants spend two to three hours per day on data transfer work instead of focusing on the higher-value task of connecting people with jobs. RecruitOS automatically scores jobs and candidates using vector search and LLM evaluation, ranking candidates into four levels: A, B, C, and Z. It also generates personalized proposal messages based on each candidate’s work history, allowing consultants to review and send them via LINE. LINE conversations can be centrally managed within the system, reducing dependence on personal smartphones and preserving chat histories for the company even when consultants leave. The system also supports AI-powered career advisor interviews, automating recording, transcription, AI summaries, and information extraction to reduce dependence on individual interview skills. Selection progress is visualized through an 11-stage Kanban board, with automatic alerts for stalled cases and candidates requiring follow-up. For a recruitment agency with 10 consultants, Leach estimates that RecruitOS can consolidate multiple monthly tool costs into a single system, reduce proposal writing time from 30 minutes to 3 minutes per case, increase the number of candidates handled per consultant from 50-80 per month to 150-200 per month, and shift LINE history management from personal smartphones to centralized system management. Leach was founded in November 2024 as a startup specializing in generative AI. Representative Director Takuya Tominaga spent nine years at Toshiba Research, leading joint projects with Google and McKinsey, and obtained all 12 AWS certifications in about one month. Leach has already developed and provided industry-specific AI business OS products including FactoryOS, FestOS, BuildOS, LogiOS, and WasteOS. RecruitOS is its sixth product, optimized for the workflows of small and medium-sized recruitment agencies. The beta monitor program is open to small and medium-sized recruitment agencies, search firms, and RPO providers, with limited slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating companies will receive preferential beta pricing, priority reflection of feature requests, and onboarding support during implementation. Companies that pre-register will receive priority launch notifications, the right to apply for beta monitor slots, a free online demo, individual consultation on AI adoption, and opportunities to have their needs reflected in the development roadmap.
