"If You See a Cat" — Acclaimed VR Story Title Arrives on Steam

March 27, 2026 — KOMODO today announced the opening of the Steam store page for "If You See a Cat," a VR story work by award-winning animator Jun Wada, and the start of wishlisting. The title is scheduled for release on April 3, 2026.

"If You See a Cat" is a highly immersive VR story work that blends animation, film, and interactive expression.

Players will observe a boy struggling with mental distress from the perspective of a "phantom cat." Through this unique viewpoint, the work delicately portrays perception, memory, and human connection.

The work has already received high international acclaim, including a nomination for the VR section of the Venice International Film Festival and official screenings at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
