On March 2, 2026, KohMori Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Seiya Kohda) announced that it has changed its corporate structure from a limited liability company (Godo Kaisha) to a joint-stock company (Kabushiki Kaisha). As we enter an expansion phase for our various businesses, including sports support, real estate-related services, and renovation, we have implemented this organizational change to enhance our external credibility and strengthen our management foundation.
