＜Career History＞

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University in 1975, Mr. Ihara joined Toyota Motor Corporation (then Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd.). He held various key positions across procurement, business development, and corporate planning, including General Manager of Global Procurement Planning, General Manager of Business Development Division, General Manager of Information Business Division, and General Manager of Procurement Division.

In 2011, he was appointed Director and Managing Officer, and in 2013, Executive Vice President, leading core business strategies and global operations. In 2015, he became President and Representative Director of Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (now Aisin Corporation), driving corporate management and business reforms.

Currently, he leverages his decades of expertise in management, business strategy, and global operations to support advisory and consulting roles for various companies.
