After graduating from the University of Tokyo, she joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2002 and engaged in planning human resource services. Afterwards, she was involved in management training and organizational development consulting at Cellm Co., Ltd. and PMI Consulting Co., Ltd., before becoming independent. Since 2010, she has been the CEO of Minaie Co., Ltd. She has been involved in promoting projects for work style reform in central government ministries led by the Cabinet Secretariat, building HR systems for major companies, and strengthening middle management projects. She co-founded KAKEAI Inc. in April 2018. She has held her current position since June 2025.
Hideki Honda

After graduating from the University of Tsukuba, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2002.
