〈Notes on Ticket Application and Purchase〉
- Admission is not permitted for children under 5 years old. Tickets are required for those 5 and older.
- Up to 4 tickets can be purchased per person per application.
- The Acrylic Block Keychain will only be handed over at the venue on the day of the performance.
- Separate handling fees from the play guide will apply.
- Performers are subject to change, but tickets will not be canceled or refunded due to such changes.
- Except in cases where the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations and refunds due to customer circumstances are not accepted. Please be aware of this before purchasing tickets.
- Performance content, door opening, and start times may be changed. We cannot refund ticket prices in such cases. Please understand this in advance.
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
- Guests in wheelchairs will be guided to a designated wheelchair area. (Guidance to the VIP area is not possible)
