(Headquarters: Fukuoka, President: Kyohei Hataji, hereinafter "Flag System"), developer and operator of the event attendee management cloud "E-VE!®", have entered into a business partnership agreement. They will jointly launch the "E-VE!® Medical Plus Plan," a dedicated attendee management service for regional seminars targeting medical professionals, starting in June 2026.

1. Background of the Business Partnership
Since the post-COVID era, the pharmaceutical industry has been advancing data intelligence in its commercial operations, primarily driven by global integrated CRM and AI. While similar initiatives are progressing for seminars for medical professionals, structural challenges such as the operational burden on planning and management staff and data deficiencies have become apparent in small-scale regional seminars. Through this partnership, JTB and Flag System will address the issues of managing invitations and attendees, arranging venues and transportation, and reducing the operational workload for small regional seminars in the pharmaceutical industry. By combining JTB's operational expertise in the Meetings & Events field with Flag System's SaaS-based attendee management service, they will support digitalization, operational efficiency, and advanced data utilization in seminar management.

2. What Both Companies Offer
"E-VE!®" is a SaaS service that issues a reception QR code*1 to invitees, which is then scanned at the seminar venue. The QR code can be read using smartphones or tablets, eliminating the need for special equipment and allowing for easy operation. Furthermore, attendance records can be stored and processed as data, and the service can also be used as an "electronic guest book."

Through this business partnership, they have planned and developed the "E-VE!® Medical Plus Plan" for small regional seminars. The billing structure adopts an annual contract plan with a fixed fee based on the number of users. This allows for unlimited use of the service at the same monthly rate, regardless of the number of events. Additionally, JTB will contribute to reducing the workload of planning and development staff by offering services such as proxy registration for seminars within "E-VE!®", a fusion of digital and human services.

3. Future Developments
Seminars require integrated management of data related to invitees, arrangements for transportation and accommodation, and attendee data. In the future, JTB's seminar order reception system will be linked with "E-VE!®" to enable centralized management of invitees, arrangement details, and attendance history within JTB's system. This data will also be linked to CRM and event management systems from the same system (scheduled for implementation in 2027).

Through this, they aim to establish a system for more integrated management of invitee information, venue/transportation arrangement details, and attendance history for seminars. Furthermore, data linkage with event management systems of pharmaceutical companies will be possible as needed, contributing to further efficiency in seminar operations and advancement of data utilization.

4. Basic Functions of "E-VE!®"
● Ability to issue reception QR codes for each invitee from the management screen
● Automatic distribution of application completion emails and reminder emails at pre-set times
● At the reception venue, QR codes are scanned using smartphones, tablets, or 2D code readers
● Read data is reflected in the management screen in real-time, allowing for an at-a-glance understanding of completed check-ins and no-shows
● On-the-spot registration and check-in for unexpected visitors are possible
● Supports management of exit times as well as entry times
● Real-time notification of pre-set invitee attendance information to staff
● On-demand data output of attendee information (usable as an electronic guest book)
