Suica Penguin Launches 'Town Chinese' Goods!

〇 JR East Japan Merchandising Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President: Hidemaro Onishi) will release new "Town Chinese"-themed products featuring the Suica Penguin design starting July 3, 2026 (Fri).

〇 This series features local designs from Tochigi and Kanagawa Prefectures, and includes Chinese-style plates, glasses, spoons, and handkerchiefs—items easy to incorporate into everyday dining scenes—featuring the adorable Suica Penguin and Baby Penguin. It's a lineup that adds fun to your dining table.

〇 The Tochigi design, showing the Suica Penguin cheerfully enjoying gyoza—one of Tochigi's famous dishes—will be sold individually at all TRAINIART stores. Additionally, the 'Suica Penguin Town Chinese Set (Kanagawa)' will be available exclusively at TRAINIART JRE MALL store, featuring a set of Chinese plate, glass, spoon, and handkerchief designed to evoke the atmosphere of Kanagawa's Chinatown. Enjoy the "Town Chinese" vibe easily at home.

〇 These products will be available at all locations of TRAINIART, the railway goods store operated by JR East Japan Merchandising, as well as the online shop 'TRAINIART JRE MALL store' (on sale from 10:00 AM).
