Kyoto Porta is a commercial facility directly connected to Kyoto Station, used by a wide range of customers, from tourists to local residents. In recent years, in addition to creating new customer touchpoints as a facility, measures to further promote in-facility navigation have been required.
This time, "+ PLUS MIRROR" will be installed as a booth where customers can experience AI-powered face and personal color diagnostics, as well as take photos with original Kyoto Porta frames.
We aim to provide new experiential value that customers can enjoy, and in the future, we anticipate using the diagnostic results as a starting point to promote in-facility navigation and to implement customer acquisition measures linked with in-facility initiatives.
We will continue to promote its use at Kyoto Porta as an initiative that supports everything from creating customer touchpoints through experience to promoting in-facility navigation and purchases.
