[New iDEP Feature] Schedule Function Integrating Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Team Schedules Released

IC Co., Ltd. has launched a new 'Schedule Function' for its capability development support system, 'iDEP'.

This new functionality allows for centralized management, ranging from planning 'when, where, and what' to recording actions after execution, supporting athletes' autonomous growth and coaches' efficient management.

■ Overview of the New Feature

The 'Schedule Function' seamlessly integrates individual development plans (IDP) with club schedule management, further committing to athletes' IDPs. With an operating feel similar to familiar daily calendar apps, it can be intuitively used by anyone.

1. Intuitive and Easy-to-Use Calendar UI
Adopts a familiar, clear, and user-friendly calendar interface, enabling smooth and stress-free daily schedule management.

2. 'Action Logging' for Schedules
Beyond just entering schedules, a feature is included to link plans in the schedule with actual actions (execution logs). By visualizing the gap between plans and execution, it makes tracking progress and reviewing smoother, reliably leading to the next improvement and growth.

3. Bidirectional Schedule Sharing Function
Manager (Coach) Perspective: View and manage schedules and execution records of all affiliated individuals.
Individual (Athlete) Perspective: In addition to inputting and managing their own schedules, they can also view club and team-wide schedules.
This prevents perception gaps between coaches and athletes, realizing seamless schedule sharing across the entire team.
