Background

Representative Profile
Born in Kobe in 1995, raised in Venice, Italy. Influenced by her Italian father, she aspired to start a business from a young age. She studied Computer Science at the University of Venice, earning a Master of Science (MSc). She joined Shimadzu Corporation as a new graduate, primarily engaging in new graduate recruitment. After living in Silicon Valley, USA, for two years, she returned to Japan in 2024. She founded HRTheory Inc. and is involved in product development herself.
Future Development
"onBoardly" can be utilized not only for new graduates but also for onboarding career hires and supporting the return to work after childcare leave. It can be deployed in various employee acceptance scenarios.
