Recruiters can complete the setup with one click and immediately begin using Document Screening Support. The feature is designed to accelerate AI-assisted document screening and create an environment where recruiters can focus on candidate conversations and improving selection quality. In the Document Screening Support screen, users can click the “AI Suggestion” button to let AI reference job information registered in HERP Hire and generate suggestions for adding or updating hiring requirements. The generated requirements can be applied with one click, while manual edits are also supported. HERP provides AI-powered services aimed at achieving optimal matching between companies and talent.
