HERP AI Recruiter Beta Launches AI Hiring Requirements Suggestion Feature

(headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo; CEO: Ichiro Shoda) has launched “AI Hiring Requirements Suggestion” as the second feature in its series of new AI-powered releases for the beta version of HERP AI Recruiter. HERP has been continuously expanding AI features in HERP AI Recruiter. The first release, “Document Screening Support,” launched in April 2026. By setting hiring requirements for each job type in advance, the feature enables AI to compare application documents against those requirements, generate evaluations for each requirement, and produce an overall summary. This helps reduce the workload of document screening and improve the quality of interview preparation. Previously, users had to manually enter hiring requirements by job type in order to use Document Screening Support. With the newly released AI Hiring Requirements Suggestion feature, AI can now read job information registered in HERP Hire and automatically generate hiring requirements. Recruiters can complete the setup with one click and immediately begin using Document Screening Support. The feature is designed to accelerate AI-assisted document screening and create an environment where recruiters can focus on candidate conversations and improving selection quality. In the Document Screening Support screen, users can click the “AI Suggestion” button to let AI reference job information registered in HERP Hire and generate suggestions for adding or updating hiring requirements. The generated requirements can be applied with one click, while manual edits are also supported. HERP provides AI-powered services aimed at achieving optimal matching between companies and talent.
