HERP Launches 'HERP Agent Network,' Enabling One-Click Job Posting in Collaboration with ATS

HERP Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ichiro Shoda) has rebranded its "Job Posting Function" for "Jobmil," a service previously provided to recruiting companies, and has newly launched it as "HERP Agent Network." With this service, recruiting companies can post job openings with a single click from their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and receive recommendations from over 1,000 agents. To receive recommendations from agents outside of their existing business partners, recruiting companies typically need to list job information in a job database. However, the manual effort required to create and modify job postings each time, and the inability to centralize application management after recommendations, posed a significant operational burden for recruitment personnel. To address these challenges, we have previously offered a "Job Posting Function" that allows companies to publish job openings to the Jobmil job database with a single click, integrating with their existing ATS. This enables data linkage between ATS job information and the job database, reducing manual errors and maintenance efforts. Since its launch, the number of supported ATSs has expanded to 12 (※1), and this function has led to approximately 500 successful hires. This time, to further strengthen this function as an agent network service, we have launched "HERP Agent Network." Recommended applications are automatically linked to the ATS, allowing job posting and recommendation management to be completed within the ATS, thus increasing applications without extra effort. ・High quality recommendations, approximately 500 successful hires The effective application rate for recommendations received through this service is 20%, which is on par with direct contract recommendations, indicating high-quality recommendations can be expected (※2).
