Adult Hardball Baseball Team "DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS" to Inherit "Osaka Senshu Baseball Club" and Start Activities from 2027 Season, Aiming for Urban Intercity, Japan Championship, and Club Championship Tournaments, Based in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture

Daisan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka City; President: Taketoshi Fujita), which develops scaffolding and temporary scaffolding, and GXA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Atsushi Yasuda), which develops sports and education businesses, have announced that they will inherit the adult baseball club team "Senshu Osaka Baseball Club" (Manager: Yoichi Hirano) and launch "DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS" as a corporate club team from January 2027, based in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.

The "Senshu Osaka Baseball Club" is an adult baseball club team belonging to the Osaka Prefectural Branch of the Japan Baseball Federation, founded in 2003 and continuing its activities. To further develop the team, it has been inherited, and Senshu Service Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hirano-ku, Osaka City), which has supported the team as a main sponsor, will continue to cooperate with the team.

This team is not a regular club team; it is a new model of club team where players can work with peace of mind as a member of Daisan, a company listed on the Standard Market, and GXA, which develops sports and education businesses, creates and operates an environment where players can concentrate on baseball. As an adult baseball team that supports athlete career development, it encourages the acquisition of numerous qualifications to help players build solid careers as working adults, and trains future executive candidates for Daisan.

Based in Sakai, Osaka, the birthplace of Daisan, the team will begin activities as a highly competitive club team with the goal of participating in the Urban Intercity Baseball Tournament and the Japan National Baseball Championship, which are the pinnacle tournaments of adult baseball. It will also engage in regional sports promotion and the development of next-generation athletes, contributing to the local community, especially in Sakai City.

DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS aims to be an adult baseball team loved by the community, collaborating with local companies and sports organizations based in Sakai City. In the future, it aims to expand educational and community contribution activities through baseball, not just competitive results, and grow into a leading club team in Kansai.

~ What is SCAFFOLDS? ~
"SCAFFOLDS" means "scaffold." It is a structure that supports people at construction sites and also a foundation that supports growth. Based on the philosophy of "scaffolding," which is the core of Daisan's business, we have put our desire to support the challenges of players aiming for the next stage and nurture their dreams.

■ Future Plans
Team formation and player recruitment will begin in May 2026, and selections for high school students, high school graduates, and university students will be held from July of the same year. The team is then scheduled to participate in official games from the 2027 season, and will work to create a team loved by the community in collaboration with local companies and organizations.
