The One-on-One Service Style Naturally Encourages Hospitality

Beauticians affiliated with GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON work differently from those in conventional salons. They provide one-on-one treatments in fully or semi-private rooms, creating a natural structure where clients can relax during processing times for coloring or perming, or while drying hair after a scalp treatment.

Offering drinks and snacks during salon visits is common in the beauty industry. GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON has also provided shared amenities from the beginning.

However, what stood out was that despite these shared resources, many beauticians proactively selected and offered their own drinks and snacks based on their personal aesthetics, spatial design, and values toward clients.

This colorful array of individual hospitality styles is a unique scene made possible by the shared salon model, where each professional has their own independent space—reflecting each beautician’s professionalism and sincere attitude toward clients.

This initiative began with the question: How can GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON, as a platform, support this spirit of hospitality? It represents an effort to systematize individual efforts into a scalable platform feature.

About Maison Perrier — A Space for 'Moments of Encounter'

The two products being offered are from the premium sparkling drink brand 'Maison Perrier' Collection series.

Maison Perrier is a new brand launched by Perrier in 2024 under the concept of 'stimulating free creativity,' expressing French elegance. As a sister brand to the globally beloved carbonated natural mineral water 'Perrier,' it leverages unique expertise to develop a premium sparkling drink line.

Transforming One Beautician’s Initiative into a System for 1,200

Ever since my days as a manager observing the front lines, one thing has always stayed with me: so many beauticians were personally spending their own money to prepare snacks and drinks to make their time with clients more enjoyable.

I’ve always remembered that image. While these individual efforts are wonderful, there are limits to what one person can do.

I’ve long envisioned that through the GO TODAY SHAiRE SALON platform, we could deliver this 'hospitality' as a system.

Thanks to our collaboration with Maison Perrier, we’ve finally taken that first step. I believe this initiative supports not only client interactions but also connects conversations among beauticians in the backroom, becoming a hub for dialogue between clients and beauticians.
